Yes. All staff are professionally trained. Some travel overseas to
gain knowledge of the latest products and technology. Our staff are
also members of the Australian Medical Grade Footwear Association. |

I get anything back from my health fund?
Some health funds do provide benefits. We have provider numbers for
the major health funds. Please check with your health fund first. |

am a war veteran. Can I get shoes from you?
We are an authorised provider for medical grade footwear through the
Dept of Veteran Affairs. Please check your entitlements with the DVA
in your state.

I need a referral?
No. However, a referral does help us to provide you with a correct
product. Also some health funds do require you to have a referral. |

you have dress shoes for orthotics?
Yes. We have a very wide range of dress shoes and walking shoes specifically
designed to accommodate orthotics and other forms of supports such
as AFOs (ankle foot orthosis). |

have one leg shorter than the other. Can you build the shoe up for
me?
Yes, but you would need a referral to advise us of the difference
in leg length. Also, we will need to closely examine the structure
of your shoe to see if the shoe can take the build-up. |

We go as small as a size 3 and up to 12 for women and 16 for men.
We have widths from 4A narrow up to 5E wide |

Yes. Home, hospital and nursing home visits can be arranged by appointment.
