Custom Insoles (TCI’s)
designed
for total comfort and mobility

What are custom orthotics?

Orthotics are medical devices placed inside your shoes to support and align your feet. At Comfort & Fit, we design Total Contact Inner (TCI) orthotics that are individually crafted to match the contours of your feet — reducing pain, improving stability, and promoting better posture. They can help with:

  • Plantar fasciitis and heel pain
  •  Arthritis and foot deformities
  • Flat feet and over-pronation
  • Diabetic foot conditions
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation

Every foot is different. A consultation allows our experienced team to assess your individual needs and recommend an orthotic solution designed specifically for you.

FAQ's

What are custom insoles and how can they help?

Custom insoles are individually designed to match the shape and needs of your feet, providing targeted support where you need it most. They can help improve comfort, stability and foot function, and may assist with managing a range of foot and lower-limb conditions.

Do I need an assessment to get custom insoles?

Yes, a personalised assessment helps our team understand your foot structure, movement and individual needs before recommending the right solution. Our fitting specialists can then discuss your options and determine whether custom insoles are suitable for you.

Can my custom insoles be fitted into my existing shoes?

In many cases, yes, although the suitability will depend on the style, fit and construction of your shoes. Our fitting specialists can assess your existing footwear and help you find suitable options if your current shoes aren't compatible.
