Our experienced fitting specialists provide professional fitting of medical-grade footwear, carefully considering each individual’s foot health, mobility requirements and comfort needs. We take a personalised approach to ensure footwear provides the appropriate fit, support and stability.

We offer an extensive range of prefabricated extra-depth and extra-width footwear, designed to accommodate a wide variety of foot shapes and sizes. Where required, we can also customise or modify footwear to achieve a more precise fit and accommodate individual foot conditions or specific requirements.

We provide individual assessment and professional fitting of custom-made insoles (TCIs), locally manufactured in Australia to provide personalised support, comfort and alignment.

Also known as Total Contact Insoles, TCIs are individually designed using a foam impression or plaster cast of each foot. This allows the insole to be shaped to the unique contours of the foot, helping to redistribute and offload areas of high pressure while providing targeted support and improved alignment.

Each TCI is carefully fitted to the individual, ensuring the design and level of support are suited to their specific foot health and mobility needs.

We offer professional footwear and insole fitting in-store or in the comfort of your own home, by appointment. Our flexible fitting options are designed to make access to personalised footwear solutions as convenient as possible, based on your individual needs and participant plan requirements.

As an experienced DVA provider of approved medical-grade footwear, Comfort & Fit supports eligible veterans with professional footwear fitting and personalised solutions tailored to their individual foot health, mobility and comfort needs.

We work with NDIS participants and providers, as well as Home Care Package participants and providers, helping clients access appropriate footwear and custom insole solutions to support comfort, mobility and independence.
